“TIP TOEING PREACHERS”

When I was a youth and still lived at home, I would at times stay out later than I was supposed to. On those occasions, when I got home I would always try to Tip Toe when I got into the house so that I would not awake or arouse anyone.

It seems to me in the days we are living that many of our Preachers sneak in the Pulpit, like they are doing something wrong and then Tip Toe around every issue, hoping not to arouse or awake anyone, fearful if they do they will be in trouble. We live in a day that our Preachers would do well to heed the Lord’s admonition to the Prophet Isaiah that we find in [ISAIAH 58:1] “Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show My people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.”

There will be no Great Awakening in America, that our Nation so desperately needs, as long as our preachers are Tip Toeing in the Pulpit.
Lord, enough with these Tip Toeing Puppets, give us some Thundering Prophets to awaken your people and save our Nation from your soon coming wrath.
